1 MEETING
INITIAL MEETING
The objectives, general functions of the electronics, and the starting point for the project are defined at an initial meeting.
2 DRAFTING OF
PROJECT ESTIMATE
The customer’s needs and the project are defined in technical characteristics, specifications, data and development channels.
All significant information is formalised in a document, which is attached to the estimate.
3 EXECUTION
OF THE PROJECT
JMC’S R&D Department works on the project in close communication with the customer. At JMC we make proximity and communication a catalysing value for new ideas.
We ensure direct contact among technicians and collaborators, design hardware and software, simulations and intermediate prototypes, and optimise design to reduce manufacturing costs.
4 VERIFICATION
DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT
The final prototypes are delivered and the necessary documents are issued so that they may be validated and the respective tests performed.
Option of pre-series manufacture and design adjustments.
5 MANUFACTURE
MASS PRODUCTION
